Working alongside principal contractor RAMVEK, RxD led the architectural delivery of the project from detailed documentation through to on site, design resolution throughout the construction period. Our role included consultant coordination across structural, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire and certification disciplines, together with landlord liaison and authority approvals, ensuring the project progressed seamlessly from design through to completion.

 Working within a globally standardised retail system, precision was fundamental to every stage of delivery. RxD developed the interior documentation around an internationally prescribed kit of parts, carefully coordinating bespoke joinery, display systems and premium finishes to ensure every element aligned with the client's exacting global standards while responding to Australian construction requirements.

 The result is a refined luxury retail environment that faithfully reflects the Malabar brand while demonstrating RxD's ability to deliver premium international retail concepts with confidence, precision and attention to detail.
