Working collaboratively between Collectivus, who curated the project's interior design vision (in totality), and UNITA as Principal Contractor, RxD played a pivotal role in translating the approved design intent into coordinated documentation suitable for pricing, procurement, and construction.

Acting as the technical delivery partner, RxD developed comprehensive architectural documentation across all levels of the facility, progressing through detailed design development and the preparation of coordinated Tender and Issued for Construction (IFC) documentation.  Throughout this process, our team ensured the integrity of Collectivus' design vision was maintained while delivering progressive submissions.

A key component of our appointment was the collaborative integration with multidisciplinary consultant teams, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire, and specialist engineering disciplines. Working within a shared BIM environment, RxD collaborated closely with each consultant through the exchange of discipline models, leading the clash detection and design coordination process to identify, resolve, and document interface issues throughout the project's development.
